Membership is not mandatory to attend events at The INTIMAT Basement. However, becoming a member offers various benefits, such as discounted entry fees, exclusive event invitations, and priority access to ticket sales.

8. COVID-19 Safety Measures:

The INTIMAT Basement is committed to implementing necessary COVID-19 safety protocols as advised by local and national health authorities. Measures may include but are not limited to:

Liability Waiver

In consideration of being permitted to enter and use the facilities of The INTIMAT Basement (hereinafter referred to as "the Venue"), located at 1170 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80232, and organized by INTIMATEVENTS (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"), I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and any accompanying guests, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: I am aware that participating in events, activities, or performances at The INTIMAT Basement involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and exposure to loud music and lights. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance at the Venue.

Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organizer, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and any associated entities from any and all liability for any harm, injury, or loss that may be sustained by me or my guests while on the premises of the Venue, including any claims arising out of the negligence of the Organizer or its representatives.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, demands, or damages, including attorney fees, arising out of my or my guests' actions or conduct while at the Venue.

Health and Safety: I acknowledge that the Venue operates according to applicable laws and regulations related to health and safety. I agree to comply with any rules, regulations, or guidelines established by the Venue for the protection of all attendees.

Photography and Videography: I grant the Organizer the right to photograph and/or video record me and my guests during events at the Venue. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional purposes and hereby release any claims to compensation related to their use.

Age Restrictions: I understand that certain events at The INTIMAT Basement may have age restrictions. I agree to abide by any age limitations imposed by the Organizer for specific events.

Personal Belongings: I am responsible for safeguarding my personal belongings while at the Venue. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

Alcohol and Substance Use: I acknowledge that the Venue may permit the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages and other substances. I agree to consume these substances responsibly and in accordance with the law. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others.

Severability: If any provision of this liability waiver is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By acquiring this membership, and therefore signing this liability waiver, I affirm that I have read and understood all of its terms and voluntarily agree to be bound by its contents. I acknowledge that I am of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of myself and my accompanying guests.

Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Pass Requirement:
1.1. The INTIMAT Basement ("Venue") is an after-hours music venue located at 1170 S Sheridan Blvd, Denver, CO 80232.
1.2. Access to the Venue is restricted to individuals who possess a valid and active membership pass ("Membership Pass").
1.3. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to acquire and hold a Membership Pass.

2. Membership Pass Acquisition:
2.1. Interested individuals can acquire a Membership Pass by completing the registration process on the Venue's official website at https://www.multipass.com/intimat
2.2. All personal information provided during the registration process must be accurate and up-to-date.
2.3. The Venue reserves the right to decline Membership Pass applications without providing any reason.

3. Membership Pass Use:
3.1. The Membership Pass is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
3.2. Members are responsible for the safekeeping and security of their Membership Pass.
3.3. Tampering, forging, or attempting to use an invalid or expired Membership Pass is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Venue Access:
4.1. Members are required to present their valid Membership Pass and a government-issued photo ID upon entry to the Venue.
4.2. The Venue reserves the right to deny entry to any member who fails to comply with the requirements set forth in section 4.1.

5. Code of Conduct:
5.1. All guests must adhere to the Venue's code of conduct, which includes but is not limited to:
- Respecting other guests and staff members.
- Refraining from disruptive or aggressive behavior.
- Compliance with local laws and regulations.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
5.2. Violation of the code of conduct may lead to immediate expulsion from the Venue and the revocation of Membership Pass without refund.

6. Venue Policies:
6.1. The Venue operates strictly under the laws of the State of Colorado and Denver city ordinances.
6.2. No outside food or beverages are allowed within the Venue premises.
6.3. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
6.4. The Venue is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

7. Privacy Policy:
7.1. The Venue collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to the Venue's Privacy Policy available on the website.
7.2. By acquiring a Membership Pass and attending the Venue, members consent to the Venue's use of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
8.1. The Venue reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Venue's website, and it is the responsibility of members to review them periodically.
